The B+ training is interactive and focused on applying Best Value to real-life situations and cases and there is ample opportunity for the exchange of experiences of participants. A considerable part of the training includes the philosophy, the foundation of Best Value, which is necessary for a successful application of the Best Value approach. The training is completed with an exam that leads to the internationally recognized B+ certificate.

What is the essence?

In 2 days you get to learn more about the Best Value principles. You obtain guidelines for application of Best Value in projects and organizations. We do this by means of cases and exchange of experiences of participants and trainers. We prepare you in an interactive way for the exams that concludes every day. 95% of participants passes immediately.

This training is a logical follow-up of the B-training offering a deeper and broader perspective and the opportunity to deal with the Best Value subjects of the digital training in an interactive and practical manner:

  • How to utilize expertise? How to approach the execution phase?

In addition we will ask you to apply your knowledge to a specific case and we will prepare you for the exam by practicing exam questions. Every training day is completed with an exam.
