You are Best Value B (+) certified and are (or have been) involved in one or more Best Value projects. Take your understanding of the Best Value approach to the next level – Best Value Expert (A-certification).
The Best Value Expert training is a logic continuation of your Best Value Masterclass (B+ certification). Let us guide you through the Best Value phases of the project(s) you are (or have been) working on. Discover how to best apply Best Value in your own practice. Learn to reflect on what is happening (or has happened) in your project(s) using the Best Value Philosophy. At the end of the Best Value Expert Class, you will write an article about your Best Value project in which you demonstrate your understanding of the Best Value principles and your knowledge of putting Best Value into practice. Finally, you will present your article to the Best Value Certification Board.
Reflection, intervision and coaching by A+ certified trainers are key elements in the Best Value Expert Class. A nice added value of attending the Expert Class is that you simultaneously professionalse your own Best Value project, since we will tailor the Expert Class planning as closely as possible to the planning of your Best Value project.
During the training, you will be prepared for your presentation. Reflection, intervision and coaching by the trainers are essential to this training.
After completing this training and successfully presenting to the Board you are able to:
You are a proven Best Value Expert and able to identify and select (strategic) suppliers and partners, through an efficient process, and prepare the execution phase to secure a smooth transition from selection to execution. In doing so, risks are minimised and performance maximised, during the selection phase and especially during the execution phase. After all, that is where it all must be done.
After a successful presentation to the certification board you will receive the A Certificate and you will be registered on the website of the Best Value Experts Academy, a professional and licensed partner of Arizona State University, originator and gatekeeper of the Best Value foundation and methodology.
This training is suitable for procurement and sales professionals who run (or have ran) one or more Best Value projects and want to learn from peers and mentors. Requirements: B+ certificate and participation in at least one Best Value project AND willing to invest 2 hours time on a weekly basis.
Program (5-month duration)
The content is determined mainly by you and your Expert Class peers. Mastermind sessions offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your Expert Class peers achieve success by challenging each other to set strong goals and to accomplish those goals.
